The Director of New Hire Experience is responsible for ensuring that ALP’s new hire process sets employees up for success and provides the best experience possible during their first months of employment. The role will cover the new employees’ experience from the time an offer is accepted through the time that the employee lands in their initial role. The Director will be responsible for creating a fruitful experience through the training and onboarding process, as well as partnering with any ancillary service leaders whose departments interface with new hires.
